One-on-one In Home classes

Aging is Cool provides a range of recreation and wellness programming for older adults who are homebound or prefer individual sessions. Programming begins with a free consultation to determine interests and needs.

Available classes include:

  • Seated fitness, yoga, stretching, balance

  • Brain games and trivia

  • Lifelong learning

  • Crafts

  • Timeless Tunes- Memory and Music program for individuals with memory loss
