Bulgarian Dance*
Dancing horo involves learning a sequence of steps and combining them with movements of the hands while folk music is playing. Sometimes dancers hold each other by their waists or perform a “dancing dialogue” standing opposite each other.
Stay Scrapping
A dynamic, cardio class using boxing techniques. High energy and lots of fun! *Can be adapted for seated participants
Stay Strong Fitness
An all-over workout focused on developing stronger muscles and a strong heart.
This class provides a fun workout with upbeat music and lots of laughter.
