Green-Time for Health*

Take a brief retreat from your phone, laptop, or TV to practice mindfulness in nature and experience the many physical and emotional benefits of intentional green-time sessions.

 Studies show that direct exposure to nature is an essential part of our physical and emotional wellbeing. Green-time sessions give us the opportunity to unplug and balance out our weekly screen-time exposure with mindfulness, sensory awareness, and curiosity. Simply put, we feel better with more green-time and less screen-time.

 Each green-time session will begin with breathing exercises designed to calm and center the body and mind. Participants will then have the opportunity to customize their session to fit their needs by selecting an intention from a green-time-inspired menu. A short sequence of guided breathing exercises invites participants to rejoin the group and close out their session.
